Amazon Pay will be updated to use Amazon Pay API version 2. After the update, you will need to go to the payment settings page (Admin area → Store → Payment methods → Amazon Pay → Settings) and use the Sign up link to automatically connect your store to Amazon Pay.
Alternatively, you can skip the automatic connect feature and submit the required settings manually.
